Hey Becky,
That was actually the first thing I said to my church family. I told them how many Christians in America and Ireland get cremated. They said though that it wasn't the cremation that's the problem, it's just that the only place to do cremations in Cambodia is in a Buddhist temple, they said there are no Christian crematoriums in this Country, but there are in your countries.
The spider wasn't fuzzy. It (and I think this about most bugs I've had in Cambodia) tastes like nicely spiced roasted chicken, but with a completely different texture. The texture of the legs is crunchy and the body is a bit more chewey. Sorry that it's kind of difficult to describe.
